It was a project under The sustainable density in locations near the stations in the west region. According to regulation for Smart-MR and Spacescape in west region department.
The vision of this project was for "Älvängen" to develop into an attractive one small town.
- Mixing of center functions, trade, operations and housing.
- Floor levels vary between 3 to 5 floors.
- The properties vary in appearance and create diversity.
