Reconstruction of urban worn-out textures

Abkooh texture with an area of about 30 hectares was adjacent to the rich and developed areas of Mashhad metropolis (Iran's second metropolis) due to physical deterioration in texture, lack of social welfare services, lack of equipped public areas, physical and visual impermeability, and The lack of suitable urban furniture for moving and stopping on foot was a damaged area in terms of the quality of urban life in the development process of the city and in conflict with neighboring areas.

It took about 4 years to analyze and present the reconstruction plan. In the proposed plan, the main historical monuments and ossification of the area were preserved, and the segmentation and pattern of housing and provision of services and needs of the residents were designed in accordance with the needs of the day and the nature of the background pattern and gave a new identity to the area.
